Terms.

These terms are the agreement between you and Nueform Ltd (“Nueform,” “we,” “us”), a company registered in Kenya. They cover your use of the Nueform website at nueform.com, the Nueform app at app.nueform.com, and the managed service we provide. By using any of these, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Who can use Nueform

Nueform is for businesses and the people who run them. To use it you must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you are using it for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf. You are responsible for anyone you invite into your workspace.

2. Your account

To use the app you create an account through our sign-in provider. Keep your login details safe and do not share them. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your details accurate. Tell us at bryan@nueform.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. The plans

Nueform is offered in two ways: Core, which you run yourself, and Signature, which we run for you. What each includes, and current prices, are shown on our pricing page. During early access, availability is confirmed with you directly. The managed Signature service also runs under a separate agreement, described in section 12.

4. Billing and payments

Paid plans are a subscription. You choose monthly or annual billing, and it renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paystack, and bank transfer is also accepted. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen method for each period until you cancel.

Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. If a price changes, we will tell you first, and the new price takes effect at your next renewal. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

5. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, which begins once your onboarding is done, and no card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, you can choose a plan and add a payment method to keep going. If you don’t, the trial simply ends and you are not charged.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your workspace, or by emailing bryan@nueform.com. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not renewed after that. We do not refund time already paid for. If we end a plan or close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund any period you paid for but could not use.

7. Your content and your brand

You keep ownership of the material you put into Nueform (your brand details, uploads, and instructions) and of the content the app produces for your brand and that you approve. To run the service, you give us permission to store, process, and adapt that material, and, where you turn publishing on, to send approved content to the social accounts you connect. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

We may show finished work as an example of what Nueform does only with your permission, the same way the work already on this site is shown.

8. AI-generated content

Nueform uses AI to draft copy and create visuals. AI can be wrong, and it can produce things that are inaccurate or unsuitable. Everything the app makes is a draft for you to check. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for making sure it is correct and right for your brand. Nueform's output is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. As between you and Nueform, the approved output is yours, subject to the terms of the AI providers we use.

9. Using it properly

When you use Nueform, you agree not to:

• break the law, or create or publish anything illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing;
• break the rules of the social platforms you publish to;
• send spam, or impersonate someone else;
• try to reach other customers' data, or parts of the system you are not meant to;
• copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• misuse the AI, overload the system, or get around its limits and security.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account, and, where we can, we will tell you why.

10. Connected accounts and other services

If you connect a social account so Nueform can publish for you, you authorise that through our publishing partner and the platform itself. Those platforms and partners have their own terms, and you are responsible for following the rules of each one. We are not responsible for a third-party service being unavailable, changing, or removing access, or for what happens on the platforms once content is posted.

11. Our intellectual property

Nueform, including the app, its software, this website, the component library, the template renders, and the Nueform name and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. While your subscription is active, we give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business. Nothing here gives you any other rights in our intellectual property. Do not scrape, republish, or repurpose the site's content or its render templates.

12. The managed service

Signature is an operator-run service. Its scope, price, posting schedule, ownership of produced work, and confidentiality are set in the separate engagement agreement each client signs before work begins. Work produced for a client belongs to that client on the terms set there. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Client work shown on this site, including BladeStack material, is published with the client's permission and may not be reused.

13. Availability and changes

We work to keep Nueform running well, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Early-access and new features may change or be removed as we improve the product. We may change or discontinue parts of the service, and where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.

14. No warranties

Nueform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we do not make warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, that AI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that publishing through third-party platforms will always succeed. Anything on the marketing site is for information only. It is not a contractual offer, and availability is confirmed with you directly.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Nueform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

16. You cover certain claims

You agree to cover Nueform against claims, losses, and costs that arise from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms, including content you publish and material you did not have the right to use.

17. Ending these terms

You can stop using Nueform at any time by cancelling and closing your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or others. When access ends, the rights we gave you stop, and your data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we do, we update the date at the top, and for significant changes we will give notice. If you keep using Nueform after a change takes effect, that counts as accepting the updated terms.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute connected to them or to the service will be handled by the courts of Kenya.
