These terms cover your use of nueform.com. Client engagements are governed by their own signed agreement — if anything here conflicts with an engagement agreement, the agreement wins.

The site

The content of this site — copy, design, the component library, and the template-pack renders — belongs to Nueform or its clients. Client output (including BladeStack material) is shown with permission and may not be reused. Don't scrape, republish, or repurpose the site's content or its render templates.

No warranties

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep everything on it accurate and truthful — the renders are real production output and the claims are ones we can stand behind — but nothing on the site constitutes a contractual offer, and availability of the service is confirmed on a call, not by the page.

The service

Nueform is a productized, operator-run content service. Scope, pricing, posting schedule, ownership of produced work, and confidentiality are all defined in the engagement agreement each client signs before work begins. Work produced for a client belongs to that client on the terms set there.
