Nueform is operated by Nueform Ltd, a company registered in Kenya. This policy explains what happens with your information when you visit nueform.com, when you apply or get in touch, and when you use the Nueform app at app.nueform.com. It is written to be read, not to hide behind legal language.

Visiting this site

nueform.com is a static site hosted on Cloudflare Pages. A few things happen automatically when a page loads, all of them standard to how the web works:

• Hosting. Cloudflare serves the site and, like any host, processes the technical data in each request (such as your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and keep the site secure. This sits in short-lived server logs.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic: which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device they use. It is privacy-first, with no cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting, and nothing that identifies you personally.
• Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so Google's servers receive the standard technical data of any web request (IP address, user agent) when the page loads.
• Animation library. One small animation library (GSAP) loads from the jsDelivr public CDN, which likewise receives that standard request data when it serves the file.

The site sets no cookies of its own and does not track you across other sites.

Applying and getting in touch

When you fill in the application form, you send us your name, email, a website or social link, and a short note about your content situation. That goes to our own systems (a Cloudflare Worker we run) so we can review it and reply. We use it only to respond about working together, and the form includes a hidden anti-spam field that we do not store.

If you book a call, the scheduling is handled by Cal.com, which processes the details you enter under its own privacy policy. If you email us, your message and address arrive at bryan@nueform.com.

Using the Nueform app

The app at app.nueform.com is where the product runs. To use it you create an account and give it the material it needs to make content for you. Here is what that involves:

• Your account. Sign-in and account security are handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. This covers your name, email, password (held by Clerk, we never see it), an optional profile photo, and which brand workspace you belong to along with your role in it (owner or team member). Clerk also keeps standard sign-in security records such as device and IP as part of running login, and sends any invitation emails.
• Your brand. The things you tell the app about your brand: your voice, your rules, what you can and cannot say, your links and stories, and any material you upload. This is the core of how it stays on brand. During onboarding we also look up public brand details, like your logo and colors, from your website through Brandfetch, using public information only.
• Your content. The ideas, drafts, captions, and images the app produces, along with your edits, approvals, and schedule. The app learns from your edits so future work matches your taste. What it learns from your edits is applied only to your own brand, never to any other customer.
• Connected accounts. When you connect a social account, you approve the connection on the platform itself through our publishing partner, Post for Me (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook). The access tokens for your social accounts are held by Post for Me, not by Nueform. We store only the fact that the account is connected and which brand it belongs to. Publishing is off by default, and you can pause it or disconnect an account at any time from your workspace.
• AI processing. To make your content, your onboarding answers, prompts, and the relevant brand material are sent to the AI providers we use as processors. Anthropic (Claude) drafts your strategy, generates ideas and captions, and powers the learning from your edits. OpenAI runs the in-app assistant chat, image generation, and transcribing your voice when you speak to the assistant; the voice audio is transcribed and not kept. Under their business API terms, neither Anthropic nor OpenAI trains their models on data sent through the API. The content workflow that ties these together is run on n8n.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card details go directly to Paystack and never touch our systems. We store your plan, the amount, the payment status, and a payment reference. Bank transfer is also accepted, recorded the same way.

Client work and confidentiality

For operator-run engagements, client material is treated as confidential by default and handled under the agreement each client signs. Client work shown on this site (including BladeStack output) is published with the client's permission.

Who else touches your data

We share information only with the providers we use to run Nueform, and only so they can do their job. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Those providers are:

How long we keep it

• Applications and correspondence are kept for as long as they are useful to the working relationship.
• Assistant chat conversations delete automatically after 30 days. Only what you save is kept.
• Publishing records are kept for 90 days.
• Onboarding links that go unused expire after 14 days.
• Account data is kept while your account is active.
• On a deletion request, we remove your personal data within 30 days, apart from anything we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
• Backups. We keep nightly backups of operational records, which age out on a rolling basis.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. For most app data you can also view and remove it yourself inside the app. To make any request, write to bryan@nueform.com and we will take care of it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but access to client and account data is limited to what is needed to run the service.

Where data is handled

Nueform Ltd is operated from Kenya, and payments settle there through Paystack. The providers we use process data in a few places:

• Product records live in Notion (United States).
• The app, its compute, your file uploads, and short-lived operational data run on Cloudflare (a United States company with a global network).
• Login data sits with Clerk (United States).
• Content generation runs through n8n (European Union, in Germany).
• AI processing is with Anthropic and OpenAI (United States).

In short, your data is processed mainly in the United States and the European Union. Using the site or the app means your information may be handled in those places.

Children

Nueform is for businesses and the people who run them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, let active clients know.
